Don Williams
Founder and Managing Member

Process Konsult was founded by Don Williams, a technology consultant and solution architect with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations improve efficiency through process automation, workflow optimization, system integration, and custom software development. Throughout his career, Don has worked with organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises, designing and implementing solutions that streamline operations, improve visibility, reduce manual effort, and support business growth. His background includes leadership roles in consulting, software architecture, business process management (BPM), document management, and enterprise application development. Prior to founding Process Konsult, Don held consulting and technical architecture positions with Perceptive Software and Lombardi Software (later acquired by IBM), where he worked with clients across North America and internationally to design, implement, and support mission-critical business solutions. Today, Process Konsult combines enterprise-level experience with the responsiveness and flexibility that small and mid-sized businesses need. Whether automating repetitive tasks, integrating systems, modernizing workflows, or building custom applications, our focus remains the same: delivering practical solutions that create measurable business value.
